With Andrés Alonso, a shepherd from the Sierra de la Culebra (Aliste, Zamora) and a friend of the family, we take you on a journey to discover the hidden gems of the Spanish interior. Shepherds are indeed the guardians and privileged observers of this magnificent landscape. Andrés Alonso was our greatest source of inspiration for this adventure.

Garnacha–Syrah

Calatayud DO: Old bush vine Garnacha, slate soil.
Calatayud is the smallest of the four Aragonese DO wine appellations. The 3,000 hectares of vineyards are a puzzle of small plots with old Grenache and Syrah vines located between 700 and 1,000 meters above sea level.
The slate soil is an important feature of the area and makes it a unique terroir.
Intense cherry red color. Typical Grenache with aromas of ripe red fruit, plums, figs, a hint of black pepper, and a touch of minerality.

Cigales: Extreme climate, crisp wines
The small region of Cigales, located 10 km north of Valladolid, covers an area of 2,300 hectares, spread across both banks of the Pisuerga River. The vineyards are located at an average altitude of 750 meters and are spread across 13 villages in the area. The extreme continental climate makes it possible to produce very fresh wines with a wonderful acidity.

High-quality wine from the Pisuerga Valley and the Torozos region.
Beautiful wine region 13 km north of Valladolid. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 800 meters, in the municipality of Mucientes, in the Pisuerga valley, at the foot of the Torozos mountains. The soils are mainly clay-limestone and stony. The climate is continental, characterized by strong temperature fluctuations, both during the day and at night and between seasons.

Subtle bubbles (perlage) for this indigenous grape.
This extra brut spumante is gently pressed, undergoes a second fermentation in the tank, and has aromas of citrus, stone fruit, white melon, and a hint of elderflower. In the glass, it is light yellow in color with green hues, creamy and fresh on the palate, with a fine mousse and balanced structure.

Miraval Studios is a world-famous recording studio on the Château de Miraval estate in Provence, France. The studio was originally built in 1977 and was renovated and reopened in 2022 by Brad Pitt and Damien Quintard. Legendary artists such as Pink Floyd (The Wall) and AC/DC (Back in Black) have recorded here, and today the studio offers state-of-the-art facilities in a unique residential setting.

Studio by Miraval is an elegant rosé from the Mediterranean, crafted in the signature style of Château Miraval and the Perrin family.
